ACCOMMODATION AT AMBLESIDE MANOR


Quiet yet close to town, the Manor is the ideal base to explore Ambleside and the stunning fells, lakes and valleys beyond. We cater for couples, walkers and families looking for a relaxing break in the heart of our beautiful National Park. ACCESSIBILITY

Owing to a couple of steps at the the entrance, we cannot offer wheelchair accessibility into the Manor. However inside we do have step-free access into our dining room with a fully accessible guest WC situated adjacent.

Accommodation is situated on both the ground floor and first floor, with stairs only to the first floor. Guests with mobility issues are recommended to stay in our ground floor rooms, numbered 2 to 6. Room 3 has a large walk in shower, and we can provide a shower chair. Room 5 has a walk in shower.

Eating Out

Complete your stay with an evening meal at either of our award-winning restaurants. Zeffirellis restaurant and pizzeria offers casual dining and is popular with families. Fellinis offers sophisticated vegetarian dining with a Mediterranean twist. Both are just a few minutes’ walk away. Both restaurants are frequently busy so we would strongly recommend making a reservation to avoid disappointment.
